Sector C Stand 207
Spice Application Systems (SAS), a world leader in the use of electrostatics to apply flavourings and powders to a wide range of foodstuffs, is gearing up for its appearance at Alimenta 2012 later this month.
The UK-based company has already installed more than 1,500 of its units on food processing production lines around the world and is keen to use the show to meet new clients.
SAS’s equipment is ideal for applying flavourings and coatings to a wide range of products, including snacks, confectionery, cheese products, breakfast cereals, fresh and processed meats, frozen foods and dry pet food.
Electrostatics provides pinpoint accuracy for powder application, ensuring wastage is dramatically reduced and giving manufacturers the ability to closely control quantities. In addition, by reducing the amount of dust on and around production lines, it delivers a cleaner working environment for staff and less downtime is required for cleaning.
The show takes place from October 31-November 4, at the Romexpo Exhibition Centre in Bucharest, Romania.
