How we support our customers before and after sales
As soon as we receive an enquiry, we will arrange a site meeting at your premises to audit the existing application system and discuss your requirements.

We offer a special chargeable trial facility, enabling customers to try out our equipment on their own site before finalising the investment. Our success rate in converting trials to purchase is well over 95%, demonstrating the high levels of success achieved by SAS’s customers.

After the initial trial period, equipment can be purchased and installation completed.

At every stage, SAS’s team of engineers is available to provide training and support for customer teams. A support and service programme will also be put in place and a helpline service ensures that in the event of any unforeseen issues, these can be addressed as soon as possible.
